What Thomas saw
brought awed profession –
‘My Lord, my God !’
Spear-wounded side, nail-prints
turned doubt to faith !

So why do I who have not seen believe ?
Why love Him, why deep joy ?
Why trust my all
to Christ, the Unseen ?

One reason is –
Thomas !
