When Satan Struts

When Satan struts,
leers, grins, gesticulates,
circling me,
accusing, intimidating,
or slinking, sidling, ingratiating,
or as Deceiver comes, promising more than You,
my soul rallies, floods with joy,
shouts exultingly and
flings at him:
"Every knee shall bow" –
including yours !
