If You Know These Things…

That’s the trouble, Lord !
These many years
I’ve read your Book
And yes, I know ‘these things’.
But do them……?
You know, O God.

Times, when the still small voice
of Spirit speaks,
dawns self-reproach
and sense of need prompts hurrying footsteps…..
‘Father !………’
‘I know, my child. It happens !
I’m glad you’ve come. Still love you !
There’s the path ! You’re learning !’
