This for which for years I’ve sought,
Lord, how long ?
This I’ve pleaded for another,
Lord, how long ?
This for which I’ve aged in hope,
Lord, how long ?

You’ve made me whole by Your matchless grace
this pilgrim begs, ere I see Your face.
O, grant this, Lord, for which I pray
so when in Your presence I can say
You’ve granted this !
